Data are processed with electronic and telematic tools, adopting technical and organizational measures adequate to guarantee their security and confidentiality. Processing is carried out by the controller and, where necessary, by the service providers listed in section 5, appointed as data processors. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some of these providers may transfer data to countries outside the EU. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or adequacy decisions).
Contact form data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by legal obligations or for the defense of the controller's rights. Statistical data are kept for the periods set by the tool used (generally up to 14 months for Google Analytics) or until consent is withdrawn.
