Among the personal data collected by this website, either independently or through third parties, are:

• Data provided voluntarily by filling in the contact form: name, company (if any), email address, area of interest and content of the message.
• Browsing data collected, only with prior consent, through analytics tools: cookies, identifiers, IP address (in anonymized form), pages visited, device type and browser.

Failure to provide the data requested by the contact form may make it impossible to follow up on your request. The use of analytics tools is always optional.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

4. Processing methods

Data are processed with electronic and telematic tools, adopting technical and organizational measures adequate to guarantee their security and confidentiality. Processing is carried out by the controller and, where necessary, by the service providers listed in section 5, appointed as data processors. Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services and data recipients

To provide certain functions the website relies on the following providers, which may process data as processors or independent controllers:

• Web3Forms — technical handling of contact form submissions. Form data are forwarded to this service for delivery by email. (Privacy: web3forms.com/privacy)
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) — website usage statistics, activated only with prior consent. (Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy)
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — delivery of typefaces; involves a connection to Google servers with processing of the IP address.
• Calendly (Calendly LLC) — call booking, activated only if you decide to open the calendar from the Contact page. (Privacy: calendly.com/privacy)
• Hosting and CDN — technical content (JavaScript libraries) is distributed through CDN networks; they do not set profiling cookies.

Some of these providers may transfer data to countries outside the EU. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or adequacy decisions).

6. Retention period

Contact form data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by legal obligations or for the defense of the controller's rights. Statistical data are kept for the periods set by the tool used (generally up to 14 months for Google Analytics) or until consent is withdrawn.

7. Rights of the data subject

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by articles 15–22 of the GDPR:

• access to your data and a copy of it;
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure ("right to be forgotten");
• restriction of processing;
• data portability;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
